Shipping policy
At Animethread, every piece is made just for you. Because we use a print-on-demand model, your order goes through a production process before shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Time (India)
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–8 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders
- ₹50–₹100 shipping fee on Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this to track your package in real time.
Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occur due to high demand, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Animethread is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
